Pourhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager!
We are looking for a driven, creative leader with the ability to teach and inspire others. At least 2 years experience as FOH Restaurant Manager.
F/T Front of House Management – General Manager/ Assistant Manager:
- 3+ years FOH restaurant management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule – Evening and weekend availability a must
- Great stress management
- Great organizational skills
- Familiarity of PC/Mac systems including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Great communication skills along with strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of FOH operations – food, beverage, inventory, ordering, scheduling, supervision, etc.
- Ability to support FOH & BOH staff, coordinate daily restaurant operations
- WSET Level 1 & 2 would be preferred
